Luke was recommended to me by a co-worker this past year regarding a relook on my VA disability rating. I was a bit anxious about resubmitting my disability claim, but I contacted Luke to see if there was merit in doing so. He reviewed my disabilities and allayed my concerns by educating and stepping me through the process. He was thorough and knowledgeable, succinctly answering all my questions in a timely manner!

The process, which included completing a DBQ (questionnaire), doctor’s appointment, and disability compensation claim submission took ~4 months to complete. Interestingly enough though, the VA contacted me the day after my submission requesting I schedule an additional C&P exam by a VA contractor. I cannot thank Luke and his team enough for helping me increase my VA Disability rating. Over an 18-month period, Luke’s medical team was able to point out some new health problems associated with my service connected disabilities that many years later was getting worst and still causing pain to my hips and my back. They were able to add some of these new associated problem to the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) to help justify the need to increase my rating. Unfortunately, after submitting my new DBQs to the VA, they denied everything telling me because I did not see their VA doctors, they considered it a no show and denied all of my new claims. I immediately contacted Luke to tell him what the VA was saying. Within a couple of hours, his legal team was able to help me send a new form to the VA reminding them that it was okay for me to use another doctor that was licensed but not associated with the VA, to help create my new DBQs. With this new form, my case was elevated up to a higher level review board that agreed that I was able to use a doctor that was not associated with the VA. Through out this 18 month roller coaster, Luke and his team was incredibly supportive and always offered good advice and explained the process before I had to make a decision.

Luke is very good at what he does for our Veterans. His knowledge about how the VA works is outstanding. If you are a veteran that’s been retired for a while and are still having pain from your original service connected problems, I’d highly recommend Luke and his team to help you increase your rating based on the fact that you are still living through the pain that was created because of your service to our country. That pain is not going to get better and it is still affecting your quality of life. The only thing I wish I had done different was to call Luke earlier. I left the Army in 2021 and had been trying to settle my VA rating for two years with multiple persons / entities attempting to aid me in the filing process. On Friday, I finally received the results of my year long battle with the VA. Although I consider myself averagely smart and educated (PhD), the V.A. has a process that I found confusing, difficult, and frustrating. Similar to having surgery where one uses an expert in the specialty, 4vetsconsulting is the expert in V.A. claims. The process was easy, instructions clear and concise, and experts were utilized throughout the process. As such, the V.A. reviewed my claim, and because it was "...fully developed and documented," made a decision in my favor in less than 72 hours. The 72 hours probably isn’t the norm, but the comment regarding the decision regarding fully developed and documented is an indication of the expert team employed by 4vetsconsulting. Definitely 5 of 5 stars and the only disability team I will ever use.

I retired a little over a year ago with a 90% disability rating, but I knew I should have been rated at a 100%. I didn't know where to start. So I left a message in a veteran page on Facebook. Submitting a VA initial claim, or for increase on your own is probably going to result in a less than desired rating and frustration. On your own, the VA system isn’t simple or fast. When you do get your exam you’ll be herded through your exam as quickly as possible. I know. I’ve been there and tried.

I contacted Luke to see if he could provide some assistance. After a phone call, a few emails, my DBQ was at the desk of his team within 2 days. After a short amount of time I had an exam scheduled by his team, completed the very thorough and detailed exam (where the Dr actually listened and took measurements) and the results of the exam were completed and forwarded to me in 2 weeks. All I had to do was upload the files into the VA system and wait. Due to the VA backlog it took 5 months for them to process the package which resulted in a very favorable increase. All the while Luke kept me informed of current processing times and when I would probably hear from the VA. Luke was spot-on. Was it worth the cost? Absolutely. Would I recommend Luke and his team? Without a doubt.

I went from 90% to 100% thanks to Luke! You get Luke’s personal cellphone number and he will answer right away. When you do a claim, you never know what you will get when it comes to the VA. I had issues twice with what I submitted. Luke was right on it both times and his attorneys helped me out right away. Luke is an expert and he will help until the very end. There are some shady people out there that are “vets helping vets” and it is a big lie. Luke is the real deal. I am recommending him to everyone that is in need of his services. I have to share my story about this company. I'm a USAF veteran with a previous 70% rating. I began my application in August 2021 to increase my disability rating. Luke and all the staff were professional, courteous, helpful, and always available to answer questions. And believe me I had many questions. I have tried for years to have my service-connected disabilities evaluated properly by the VA with no success. They continued to send me to inaccurate, contracted providers. One conducted a phone interview on the wrong day about a physical disability and the VA accepted it! I was frustrated for certain.
